| Everett Laboratories, Inc.’s mission is to meet, fulfill and exceed the needs of the healthcare professional and their patients by internally developing and introducing, safe, effective and affordable prescription pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products. We will fill special needs of healthcare professionals and their patients by researching and developing new and improved formulations for products and conditions that no longer fit into the plans of large pharmaceutical companies.

| Our goal is to fill the needs left vacant by large pharmaceutical companies by developing; introducing and educating the pharmacist, the healthcare professional and their patients regarding the needs and benefits of our specialty products with fill voids left by larger pharmaceutical companies. We continue to strive to be the best specialty pharmaceutical company the healthcare industry, our management and employees, and patients can be proud of. We will continue to pursue active agreements with small and medium sized pharmaceutical companies to join forces to develop and market new products together.

| OUR PLEDGE: |
| We pledge to be on the forefront of current information regarding nutritional requirements of the pregnant woman, the menopausal female, the patient being treated for End Stage Renal Disease or Chronic Kidney Disease as well as any patient at risk for osteoporosis or cardiovascular disease. We will continue to introduce new and patented products to fulfill these needs. Further, we pledge to continue our research and development to provide improved patented formulas and products to treat the respiratory needs of the pediatric and adult patient.

| HISTORY: |
| Everett Laboratories, Inc. has been providing essential pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products for four decades. Established by Everett Felper, a former Sandoz Pharmaceutical Executive, to provide products primarily in the state of New Jersey, Everett Laboratories has grown into a multi-state organization with sales representatives and product availability along the entire Eastern seaboard of the United States. Additionally our products are available in several foreign countries as close as Puerto Rico and as far away as the Far East. During this time Everett Laboratories has established a reputation of introducing improved product formulations of several older pharmaceuticals and introduced unique patented or patent pending products.
